7.1.10 CODE OF CONDUCT
Code of conduct reflects the institution’s aspirations and goals as well its expected outcome, a holistic development in its students. Our institution too abides by code of conduct. Some of these are as follows. (This code of conduct is divided into two categories.
1. Code of conduct for the teachers.
â— Following timings of the college
â— Self-discipline
â— Dress code
â— Maintaining dignity and decorum
â— Obeying duties of the office as well GOI & Govt. of A.P.,
â— Discharging duties concerned to the individual, department and committee wise.
â— Maintaining good rapport and relations.
â— Respecting the elders in the institution as well as juniors in their endeavour in uplifting and up keeping the institution name and fame.
â— Integrity, harmony and maintaining balance.
2. Code of conduct for students.
â— Following timings of the college
â— Discipline
â— No ragging
â— Dress code
â— Keeping the premises clean and green
â— Regular attendance to the college
â— Attending morning prayers and listening to the morning news of regional, state, national and international.
â— Respecting teaching and non-teaching staff (Good Communication)
â— Avoiding wastage of water and electricity (power)
â— Respecting other gender
â— Maintaining silence in the library and campus.
â— Safeguarding the public (college) property.
â— Avoiding plastic pollution (plastic free campus)
â— Utilizing parking place properly.
â— Alcohol and drugs (sedatives) strictly prohibited
â— No unauthorized meeting should be conducted
â— Carrying weapons, any harmful liquids or any such is strictly prohibited.
â— Covid-19 instructions should be followed strictly from time to time. It is a notable thing that several committees are formed to implement the above code of conduct. Namely discipline committee, (convened by Physical Director and other college staff), Women empowerment cell, Covid-19 committee, Counseling and guidance cell etc..
