GRIEVANCES AND REDRESSAL CELL(GRC)

Aim:

Grievance Redressal Cell(GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by the students regarding Academic and Non-Academic Matters and redress it as per requirement. The student can state their grievances by offline mechanism through grievance Redressal box in the campus. The institution aims to solve the grievance within the stipulated time.

Objectives:

The Grievance Redressal Cell resolves the grievances of the students within the stipulated time to strengthen the bond between the institution and students to maintain the satisfaction level in the students towards the institution.

It improves the all kinds of facilities in the Institution to the students as per their needs in academic and Non-Academic level.

As per the UGC(Grievance Redressal) Regulation,2018 from the period of 2018 we are composing committees.

Mechanism of Grievance Redressal Cell:

1. Grievance Redressal Cell shall consider only the individual grievance of specific nature of complaint by student and staff.
2. Students and staff feel to lodge the grievances in the grievance suggestion box in written format and drop in the box.
3. The posted complaint/Application will be reviewed by the committee and decides on the merit and the scope of the grievance on discussion and act promptly.
4. The Grievance will be forwarded to the concerned department to resolve it along with the necessary documents.
5. The Grievance Cell assure that the grievance will be resolved in the stipulated time limit provided by the Cell.
